Diwakar Sharma
Diwakar Sharma is known for his leadership skills in international student recruitment institutional partnerships, having been in the industry for almost 17 years. From being a classroom instructor and an academic department head to the international recruiter and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, he brings the skill set required to launch and successfully manage Maple International College of Secondary Studies. Diwakar is passionate about creating an institution to nurture and develop skillful youth.

The Director, Commercial Business Development
Sam Kapoor
Sam played a pivotal role in shaping and executing Maple International College’s commercial strategy, aligning revenue-generating initiatives with the institution’s strategic objectives. He is responsible for maximizing the commercial potential of the College’s physical assets while maintaining the integrity of the academic environment. He will lead the development of long-term commercial strategies, foster key stakeholder relationships, and oversee the operational expansion of the Maple International College for Sustainability in 2025.
Regional Director, Asia-Pacific
Fan Zang
Fan has great experience working with students. He is skillful in communication, negotiation, and sales and has very strong analytical skills. Fan worked as an international student recruitment officer at two Canadian universities for over ten years, where he served as the main contact person for prospective students from Asia-Pacific choosing to study in Canada. During the pandemic, he was instrumental in establishing “Team Asia” for Concordia University and served as the China Operations Manager for the University of Regina, where he was based in Asia.
Fan knows Canadian and international educational systems, Canadian universities' admission policies, and academic rules and regulations. Fan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Supply Chain Operations Management from Concordia University and can speak fluent Chinese, English and French.

Ramon Garcia
Ramon Garcia, originally from Mexico City, boasts a robust background in international business, enriched by early immersion in English language teaching and tenure with Canadian and American organizations. His extensive experience has endowed him with a global perspective and deep knowledge of business development, setting a solid foundation for his role in recruitment and institutional relations across North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Ramon's commitment to civic engagement is exemplified by his leadership within Ontario's Hispanic community, where he served as President of the Hispanic Alliance. His advocacy for new immigrants and dedication to enhancing local business opportunities underscore his profound impact on the region's social and economic fabric.

Preet Acharya
Preet Acharya, the Recruitment and Partnerships Manager for India, introduces herself as someone with distinctive skills and a deep passion for her work. Having completed a Masters from GLS University, India, Preet embarked on a career path in Overseas education, bringing three years of experience. With a finely honed understanding of the Indian market, they ensure that the evolving needs of students and parents are met.
Preet's genuine empathy for the aspirations and concerns of parents allows them to customize her approach, building enduring trust along the way. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of Maple International Colleges of Secondary Studies's offerings and the advantages of studying abroad, they craft narratives that align with clients' ambitions. Preet's mission is to foster growth and trust, establishing lasting connections within the community.
Diana Eo, Marketing Officer - South Korea
Hello, I’m Diana, a dedicated marketing officer at Maple International College of Secondary Studies. With over five years of experience in this role and an additional four years as an education agent, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. My academic background includes degrees in bachelor of digital media design and bachelor of information technology. I take great pride in collaborating with our exceptional team and managing diverse markets, including Korea, the Philippines, and various subcontinental countries.
Jirawat Matthews, Marketing Officer- Thailand
I’m Jirawat, with a background as a sales and marketing manager in the media industry in Thailand. For the past year and a half, I’ve been dedicated to promoting GE, carpentry, building & construction, commercial cookery, hospitality management, and automotive courses. My primary focus is cultivating strong relationships with Thai & Lao agents. Additionally, I’m committed to enhancing our online visibility and establishing Maple International college of Secondary Studies.
Linh Le, Marketing Officer- Vietnam
Hi I’m Linh from Hanoi the capital city of Vietnam and I’m passionate about marketing. Having lived in Australia for 14 years as an international student, I have a deep understanding of the journey. Meeting people with dreams of studying and living here, including those from Vietnam, has inspired me to provide guidance.
